I am baffled to see that the Google is not filled with reviews and posts about the new Parallel Pen from Pilot Corporation. It’s crazy! I have been waiting for it to launch in SG and now that it’s here, I am one happy kiddo.
You see, there is something with italics that always hints elegance and conservatism. It takes us back to those ages where people really spends hours writing using quill. I have always been fascinated by it and so I took the opportunity to dive into this beautiful calligraphy during the lockdown.
I have all the sizes of the original parallel pen in 1.5,2.4,3.8 and 6.0 mm, respectively. I had to practice being ambidextrous as well because these pens are really meant for right-handed people. I’m still growing day by day but the Pilot Parallel Pen really won’t fail you — be it beginner or pro, this pen is versatile.
I was lucky to have followed OliveLeaf on IG and she has been sponsored to use the new pens which will take off worldwide this November. Still, the google searches aren’t giving me anything related to this pen so I thought I’d post about it so people would see how amazingly pretty this pens are! 🙂
And dare I say, I love Pilot Parallel Pens through and through? See proof below.
I have not been able to write with it yet but I grabbed some works from OliveLeaf to show you the amazing works you can do with it.
Really so pretty 🙂
The pen has the same set of tools like the other parallel pens, it’s really just a different nib size and color. 🙂 Hope you’ll try it, too!
